- We offer 7-day refund period after activating any plan/subscription on your account.
Lifetime Deal:
- 30-day money-back guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Lifetime Deal purchases only. If you are not completely satisfied with Selsy within 30 days of your purchase, you can request a refund.
To request a refund:

- Clearly state your reason for requesting a refund and include your Order Confirmation invoice or Order ID.
- Our support team will review your request and process your refund within 7 business days.
Please note:
- This refund policy applies to all purchases made directly through Selsy. We cannot offer refunds for purchases made through third-party websites or app stores.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- In the event of a refund request, kindly be aware that any processing fees or taxes/VAT charges incurred by the payment gateway (Stripe) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted after your refund is processed.
